Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

A senior leadership role for a seasoned expert responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of ITSM, ITAM, and other platforms.

About the Role:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs is required to drive success in this position.
    • Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies is essential for effective implementation.
  • Integrations:
    • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems) to enhance overall system performance.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance to optimize system efficiency.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance:
    • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to maintain system integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or lead is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
