AI Software Developer Opportunity

This role is perfect for an experienced software developer with a strong background in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks like Django REST Framework, FastAPI, or Flask.

We're seeking someone who can contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in building scalable SaaS and AI software applications from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to support large-scale AI applications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using Python and preferred backend frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other components of the system
  • Contribute to the development of our AI-based operating system for modern marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Python and Django REST Framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating
  • Experience building AI agents and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar
  • Experience with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Experience working with MySQL databases like PostgreSQL or similar. NoSQL database like MongoDB or similar
  • Potential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Experience working with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini
  • Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques
  • Familiarity with agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Good English communication skills to work in an international environment
