Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Overview:

Our Enterprise Risk Manager will lead and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management process, including risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk impact analysis and develop prioritization and mitigation plans.
  • Create and maintain a risk assessment matrix across business and corporate functions.
  • Analyse current and emerging risks affecting the organization and provide actionable insights.
  • Review key internal policies and collaborate with stakeholders to provide risk-related inputs.
  • Facilitate operational units in developing Risk Heat Maps, determining risk tolerance levels, and implementing monitoring mechanisms.
  • Assist in the formulation and periodic review of the organization's Risk Management Plan.
  • Define and develop risk reporting frameworks tailored to different business audiences.
  • Educate internal teams on significant risks impacting their functions and build a culture of risk awareness.
  • Conduct internal policy and compliance reviews in coordination with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8–10 years in the Banking, Financial Services, or Technology sector.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management)
  • FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
  • ISO 27001:2013
  • GRCP (Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional) or equivalent
