Office Interiors Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented procurement specialist to manage our office interior projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we look for someone with 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.
  • A strong understanding of purchasing strategies and cost management will be essential for this role.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end purchase operations, developing and executing cost-efficient purchasing strategies, and building robust vendor relationships.

You will also oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors, coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.

  • Key responsibilities include sourcing high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits, tracking purchase timelines, and coordinating logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • You will uphold company policies and industry standards in all purchase activities, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
