Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Developer to create compelling business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks that meet client requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-impact content for proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Structure and edit proposals to increase the likelihood of winning business opportunities.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen proposal strategies.
  • Maintain a database of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials for efficiency in future submissions.
  • Proofread and edit proposals to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in messaging.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
  • 7-8 years of proven experience in proposal development, pitch deck creation, and understanding tenders and quotations.
  • Strong ability to write persuasive and high-impact content tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal management tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal materials.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
