SAP Onboarding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify opportunities for enhancement using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and releases to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Analyze client needs and develop effective solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
