Job Title

Lead Software Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer to join our organization. As an OutSystems developer, you will be responsible for enhancing local applications through development of change requests, investigation and implementation of fixes on issues raised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert level assistance using the OutSystems platform to create new applications and their support.
  • Exhibit business knowledge and leverage strong relationships with clients.
  • Supervise the work of others (prioritize, delegate and review assignments).
  • Maintain active relationships with clients to determine business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings.
  • Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
  • Ensure unit testing meets test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan.
  • Responsible for delivering technology solutions and data information planning effort.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in OutSystems with expertise in C/C++ and operating system internals.
  • Multi-platform and multi-dimensional experience with business and technical applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing Front End User Interface and development.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and RAD tool specifically with OutSystems software.
  • Experience mentoring others and providing troubleshooting support preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux or Windows Kernel architecture.
  • Strong experience with web technologies, preferably REST, JSON and XML Web Services.
  • Rapid problem solver with great soft skills.
