Graphic Designer Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
  • Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns that align with our brand's visual language.
  • Produce design concepts, layouts, and mockups that effectively communicate our brand aesthetics and product messaging.
  • E nsure that all creative materials are consistent with our visual identity and message across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging designs.
  • Work closely with our marketing, product development, and packaging teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for campaigns, products, and events.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the beauty industry, to create fresh, innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure the designs reflect the latest industry trends, aesthetics, and customer expectations.
  • Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Portfolio of work.
