Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative professional to join our team as a Creative Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with expertise in creating high-quality artwork across various formats.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to execute design projects efficiently, while upholding high standards of creativity and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our product marketing team, planning and developing creative concepts, and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our product marketing team to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork, including digital and print designs.
  2. Execution: Develop and execute design projects quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to deliver results independently.
  3. Concept Development: Plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
  4. Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and align with partner guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficiency in online and print design tools such as Canva and Figma is required.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, are essential.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software, are also necessary.
