Job Overview:

The Ocean Freight Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all ocean freight operations within the region. This includes ensuring compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency across various trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce transit times, and enhance documentation accuracy.

  • Monitor regional performance through KPIs and take corrective action to ensure service reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience in logistics with regional or P&L responsibilities.
