Our organization is seeking a skilled Software Testing Specialist to join our team.

This full-time remote position involves executing tests, ensuring quality, and conducting manual testing.

Responsibilities include writing and managing test cases, performing software testing, and maintaining high standards in product development and production.

We require a candidate with a strong background in quality assurance engineering and software testing.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a quality assurance engineer, software tester, or similar role with expertise in manual and automated testing.

Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential for building and running automated test scripts.

A solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), and frameworks is also required.

Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) is highly desirable.

An understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like Git is necessary.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.

A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are essential.

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.

A curious mindset with a willingness to quickly learn new technologies and testing tools is essential.

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to manage stakeholders across the projects are necessary.
