Supply Chain Solutions Designer

This role involves working closely with internal teams to develop and implement product requirements and solutions.

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements.
  2. Conduct workshops to clarify system needs and build effective solutions for complex business problems.
  3. Design moderate-complexity systems and partner with senior analysts on complex designs.
  4. Create comprehensive documentation for system solutions, configurations, testing strategies, and issue resolution.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant skills include:

  1. Experience in building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement, and support).
  2. Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  3. Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
