At MGT-Commerce, we are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a critical member of our managed hosting platform, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage and maintain Linux-based servers, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.

  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
