Lead Software Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to drive software quality and reliability.
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
- The successful candidate should possess at least 5+ years of testing experience in both Manual and Automation environments.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Negative, Database Validation is essential.
- A solid grasp of the following technologies: Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement test strategies and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
- Implement Quality Control processes and assess their effectiveness.
- Establish a centralized repository for Risk Management, leveraging data shared across teams.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- At least 5+ years of Testing Experience in both Manual and Automation environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD and Pipeline Deployments is beneficial.
