We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our organization as a Business Development Executive, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services in the healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for an individual with a proven sales background in healthcare solutions or RCM, who can acquire new clients, build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new business opportunities for RCM services in the healthcare industry, developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, presenting, promoting and selling RCM services to prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline and understanding customer requirements.
Key responsibilities also include managing the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors and industry developments and collaborating internally with pre-sales, support and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field, minimum 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with focus on healthcare or RCM services, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong network and understanding of healthcare providers, hospitals or clinics.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience selling RCM, medical billing or healthcare outsourcing services, familiarity with end-to-end RCM processes and healthcare regulatory standards and knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem.
Key acumen includes strong ability to identify prospects, build pipeline and close new business, clear and persuasive verbal and written skills, ability to work independently and proactively, up-to-date knowledge of industry and competitor trends and compensation including competitive salary with performance-enabled incentives, benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-moving healthcare segment.
