We're looking for a UX/UI expert to craft seamless user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design. They'll work closely with the Head of Design to ensure design quality and consistency across products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create intuitive and engaging user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Conduct design reviews and apply usability best practices at every stage.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
