Job Description:

As a .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our life sciences clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as hands-on experience with C# .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, database systems like Microsoft SQL Server, and version control tools like SVN.

You will work alongside developers to build scalable and maintainable software systems, prepare and maintain technical documents such as design documents, test plans, and specifications, and contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions for clients in the life sciences sector.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze technical requirements aligned with business goals.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using technologies including C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
  • Perform in-depth code reviews and assist in developing clear, comprehensive documentation.
  • Work alongside developers to build scalable and maintainable software systems.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documents such as design documents, test plans, and specifications.
  • Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and scheduling activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • C# .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
  • Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
  • Version control tools such as SVN
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within collaborative team environments.
