Mobile Product Leadership Opportunity

About this Role:

  • You will lead the vision and execution of our mobile strategy, shaping the foundation of our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful features that improve user experience and business outcomes.

This leadership position requires strong product expertise, user-centric thinking, and excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, customer success, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  2. Work closely with design and engineering to deliver world-class, intuitive, and responsive mobile experiences.
  3. Partner with global stakeholders to gather insights, prioritize requirements, and measure impact.
  4. Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing mobile features.
  5. Lead PI planning, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and actively engage with end-users to gather feedback and iterate on future improvements.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the effectiveness, adoption, and product outcome.
  7. Share regular updates on the product roadmap and progress with leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-14 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management experience in technology products.
  • Proven experience launching and iterating on B2B or B2C mobile apps on a scale.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, platform-specific patterns, and technical constraints.
  • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams – developers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven trade-offs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
