SME Oversight

  • Defining criteria and strategies for SME performance evaluation.
  • Monitoring the quality and output of SMEs.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for SME pools.

Test Designing

  • Creating test designs in relevant subjects.
  • Collaborating with SMEs to finalize test designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the quality of our question banks.
  • Content creation and development.
  • Question bank management and maintenance.
  • Fostering collaboration with SMEs.
  • Effective test design and implementation.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of the country's education system and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
