Financial Strategist

Tropical Retreat, Igatpuri seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead its financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the company's financial management, ensuring consistency across various aspects such as accounts, financial statements, and tax data. This role involves being the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

• Manage Daily Company Accounts: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day company accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with Financial Planning: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Cash Flow Management and Budget Forecasting: Oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management to ensure the company's financial stability and sustainability.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure strict adherence to government regulations and maintain accurate records to avoid any potential issues or penalties.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with current financial software applications is necessary.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards: Strong understanding of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is required.
