Job Title: ERP Analyst – Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems

We are seeking a skilled ERP professional to provide operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Timekeeping, ShiftWizard, and badge systems such as Dormakaba/Kronos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily system support, configuration, and issue resolution in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operational teams.

The role involves providing operational support for healthcare workforce operations, configuring shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard, troubleshooting user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos, and partnering with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of ERP experience in timekeeping and scheduling system support.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems).
  • Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
