Salary

We offer an estimated salary of $150,000 per year, taking into account the location in Bangalore and the requirements of the position. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Plivo, you will be responsible for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale communication solutions. Your primary focus will be on product feature analysis, result-driven planning, and execution through the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure seamless implementation using agile methodology.

You will also gather and prioritize product requirements, work with development teams as a product owner, and collaborate with customers and carrier partners to deliver best-in-class experiences. Effective communication of product roadmaps, project status, and issues to executive management and other stakeholders is essential.

In addition, you will engage closely with engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs. Partnering with cross-functional teams at Plivo and external partners to design, build, launch, and market new features is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Overall 6 years of experience, with a minimum 4 years of product management experience dealing with technical problem solutions at a Tech B2B start-up.
  • Proven track record of building, launching, and maintaining high-scale successful products.
  • 2+ years of software development experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, confident, and able to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy and loves to stay on top of industry trends.
