Senior Associate

We are seeking highly driven and passionate individuals to play a key role in driving business development and growth. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for identifying companies, leads, and other details to support the business development team.
This involves prioritizing leads within the sales pipeline, understanding existing marketing content, and tailoring it for diverse industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify sources and devise strategies for revenue generation
- Research and capture market trends that impact our services
- Work with tax SMEs in the US to identify niche sectors and research target companies within those sectors
- Meet project deadlines and ensure projects stay within agreed-upon timelines while demonstrating outstanding attention to detail and quality
- Graduates with 2-4 years of experience (experience in pre-sales/sales is a plus)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly understand new topics or areas/industries
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a must
