We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

Infrastructure Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions for our technology environment.

A Day in the Life:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

You will be responsible for managing policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automating operational procedures and processes.

Key Tools & Applications:
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Jira
  • Confluence

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience, strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management, and experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
