Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Consultant Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily, monthly, and quarterly production batches, leveraging the best technology and methodologies in release management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely completion of production batches with accurate reporting outcomes.
  2. Collaborate closely with IT and Finance Operations teams on daily activities and lead post-implementation production support.
  3. Influence key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  4. Translate detailed designs into robust solutions that deliver exceptional user experience.
  5. Communicate design decisions to relevant parties.
  6. Conduct thorough technical analysis of projects, changes, and implementations.
  7. Work concurrently on multiple tasks such as design, development, and testing.

Requirements:

  • Develop functional/technical design solutions and document requirements effectively.
  • Diagnose ETL and database-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
  • Execute tests and validate data flow.
  • Maintain motivation, focus, and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Unix, Control M, Java, Datastage, Oracle, and finance knowledge (Accounting) is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
