Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various aspects of event planning, including identifying opportunities to enhance event experiences, streamlining event operations, and ensuring seamless delivery.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to gather data, support budget development, and manage costs to ensure events are executed within financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Managing event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts and execute event plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in the food and beverage industry
