Job Title: Data Engineering ProfessionalOverview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineering Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing large-scale data processing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data processing systems using SQL database development and ETL processes.
  • Work with SSIS and other data transformation tools to create efficient data pipelines.
  • Implement data warehousing solutions using Azure Stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of modern data warehouse/Lambda architecture and data warehousing concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development with advanced SQL skills and 3-5 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Expertise in source code control systems like GIT and strong T-SQL scripting and data modelling skills.
  • Coding proficiency in Spark Scala or Python is desirable.
  • Strong relational and dimensional data modelling skills are also desirable.
