Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
