Responsibilities:
- Coding Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in medical coding, including MedDRA and UMC WHODrug dictionaries, to ensure accurate and consistent coding practices.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all coding practices comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and conventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of coding processes into larger business initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
