Mechanical Design Requirements
  • Designing Air cooled and conduction cooled electromechanical Enclosures and Chassis for defence/Avionics/Telecom industry.
  • Milled, sheet metal and plastic enclosure designs.
  • Familiarity with 19-inch rack, ATR, VPX, VME and ATCA standards.
  • Solid works and Auto cad tools proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Structural and Thermal analysis.
  • Ability to manage team members.
  • Proficiency in Solid works and AutoCAD.
  • BOM creation, material selection, Fastener selection, CNC machining and surface finish process knowledge.

Job Description
  • Taking up mechanical design independently.
  • Interacting with customers and project team, capturing input and designing accordingly.
  • Designing components to meet DFM.
  • Team player with ability to manage team members.
