**Job Title:** Wire-Bonding Expert

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wire-Bonding Expert to play a pivotal role in building India's semiconductor packaging ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize wire-bonding processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Work with various types of wire bonding including gold, copper, and aluminum to achieve optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and design tooling/window clamps to minimize downtime and improve production.
  • Train and guide local teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process adoption.
  • Serve as the subject matter authority for all wire-bonding issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of hands-on wire-bonding experience in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Strong process and equipment troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of the 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method) to optimize process efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams to drive process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Able to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
