Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the design intent.

About This Role
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
    • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Quality & Risk Management:
    • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
    • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
    • Presents project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
