Job Title: Energy Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to oversee the end-to-end execution of energy projects. This includes partner onboarding, vendor coordination, on-site execution, quality assurance, and customer handover.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to bridge technology, execution, and financing partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of energy projects (residential, commercial rooftop systems). Create and track project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Liaise with EPC vendors, market place team, lead gen partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Validate system designs, layouts, and BOQs prepared by the team.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers during project execution.
  • Implement health, safety, and environment practices at sites.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in solar project management / EPC / renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net-metering, inverters, and installation best practices.
