Housekeeping Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Run sold room reports and verify room status to determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning.
    • Assist management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.
    • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and communicate changes in room assignments.
    • Complete required paperwork and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred.
    • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and push/pull housekeeping carts and machinery over uneven surfaces.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
    • Good reading and visual verification skills, with ability to read small print.
