As a fresher, you will have a strong foundation for a career in MarTech, data engineering, and analytics.

You will collaborate on the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.

Key responsibilities include leveraging MarTech tools for customer engagement, collaborating on the customer data lifecycle, applying SQL fundamentals, performing data research, conducting data analysis, developing dashboards, and supporting data integration projects.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Required skills include basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, familiarity with MarTech platforms, understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts, and awareness of cloud platforms.

Soft skills such as excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, effective team player, and ability to work under pressure are also essential.

The role provides exposure to global teams, diverse datasets, and cutting-edge tools, along with structured mentorship and learning programs to accelerate your career in the data domain.
