Job Overview:

As a Ground Incharge at Bloomingdale International School, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school's facilities, ensuring they are cost and time-efficient while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall functioning of sports facilities related to the sports Academy.
  • Oversee staff and inventory, as well as ordering supplies, equipment, and scheduled maintenance or repair of the facility.
  • Manage manpower required for regular maintenance and service-related activities for clients using the sports facility.
  • Direct and assist with the procurement of materials for events and activities to take place at the facility.
  • Monitor services to ensure compliance with National and State government, and local regulations.
  • Manage sports items inventory and dispersement of items to clients using the sports facility according to their booking facilities.
  • Manage in and out of the booking strictly and be responsible for payment from clients.
  • Maintain and monitor daily cash related to the sports academy, depositing cash to banks and scanning and sending vouchers and indents to the Corporate office.

Shift Time: 01.00PM to 11.00 pm (Evening Shift)
