Automation Selenium Framework Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Selenium Framework Developer. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
  • Test Script Execution: Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Framework Development: Develop data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.
  • Cross-Browser Testing: Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Test Analysis: Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts in improving test automation processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
