Quantitative Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled quantitative trader to develop, implement and manage advanced trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Algorithmic Strategy Development: Design and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies to achieve optimal performance.
  • Rigorous Testing: Conduct thorough back testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure robustness and accuracy.
  • Real-time Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize losses.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and improve efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance for future reference.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • Quantitative Finance: Possess a deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management principles.
  • Market Microstructure: Have experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization techniques.
  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Preferably possess professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks.
