Job Title: Access Control Specialist

No of Positions: 1 (Work from Office)

Experience: 1-2 Yrs

Shift: Night Shift

  • Develop and administer access control systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across multiple systems.
  • Monitor and report on access patterns, anomalies, and security risks.
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing access-related evidence and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations.
  • Document IAM processes and standards for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in access analytics and reporting, e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews.
  • Knowledge of access architecture, protocols SAML, OAuth, OpenID, lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in managing RBAC models.
  • Awareness of access security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM, cloud access integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills, PowerShell, Python.
  • Azure DLP experience.
