About the Role:

  • They will update our organization's knowledge intranet site with relevant information and insights.
  • Our ideal candidate will analyze stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies and monitor progress towards goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives forward.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in change management, change communication, and instructional design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Instructional design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.
