Job Title: Executive Chef

About This Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delicious menus, managing inventory, and overseeing food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menu concepts, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality food production.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train culinary staff, manage scheduling, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain high standards of quality, and minimize waste.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Continuously develop new menu ideas, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and improve existing recipes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in senior culinary roles.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
