AI Quality Assurance Engineer

At Lumachain, we're revolutionizing the global food industry with our cutting-edge Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence platform. As a junior AI Quality Assurance (QA) engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our innovative technology.
About the Role
- You will conduct thorough testing of all current and future releases to guarantee high-quality products for our customers.
- Collaborate with AI and data engineers to identify and resolve defects, maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Organize and conduct various test runs, including user acceptance tests, Beta & A/B testing, and manual QA based on user acceptance criteria.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation for current and future releases, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to essential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your analytical skills to identify and report defects, collaborating closely with the AI Data and QA Manager to implement corrective actions.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team, communicating effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation within the QA process.
- Label content such as text, audio, images, and video to enhance the recognition capabilities of our software.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in programming principles and software development methodologies.
- A proven track record of attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience working in a DevOps environment.
- The ability to think critically and creatively, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
