Job Summary
">We are seeking a seasoned Tax Professional to lead our global tax strategy. As Global Tax Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position.

">">Advise senior management on the tax implications of business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

">">Oversee the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures in the financial statements.
">">Coordinate with external tax advisors and local finance teams to manage compliance in various jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

Certified public accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
