About INI Design Studio:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and play a key role in the development and implementation of BIM processes for architectural, engineering, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in collaboration with project teams.
  • Ensure the proper integration of architectural, structural, and MEP elements into the BIM environment.
  • Manage model data and documentation across project phases to meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and improve design coordination.
  • Conduct regular model reviews and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Assist in resolving clashes and conflicts within the BIM models using clash detection tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including model drawings, schedules, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in BIM coordination and management, with at least three years working as a BIM Architect or similar role.
  • Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with other software like BIM 360, ArchiCAD, and Rhino is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Experience in creating and managing 3D models, as well as integrating with other disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
