Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Java Full Stack)

  • Be a driving force in project development, applying your expertise as a full stack developer.
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their professional skills.
  • Serve as a thought leader and facilitate collaboration among software development engineers, product managers, design, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the benefits of functional programming paradigm for new developments.
  • Emphasize non-functional requirements to deliver high-performance, fault-tolerant solutions with scalability and maintainability.
  • Integrate applications with required systems and services, providing clean and user-friendly APIs.
  • Design and develop business logic and backend systems within the product domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8-13 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a high-growth product tech environment.
  • Minimum 8 years experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Frameworks, Microservices.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with UI frameworks like Angular/React and NodeJS.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Spring Reactive Framework /Quarkus.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB.
  • Extensive experience utilizing AWS services like S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS.
  • Experience building and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
