As a senior store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This includes ensuring that all staff are well-supervised and inventory is managed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations and optimize workflow efficiency by implementing streamlined processes and best practices.
  • Supervise and manage store staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations and training programs.
  • Maintain and control inventory levels, including ordering and stock management to minimize waste and maximize sales potential.
  • E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory and sales trends to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of stock, negotiating favorable terms and prices.
  • Manage local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in Tally/ERP systems and computer software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Familiarity with industrial tools, tackles and consumables, as well as knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store management in an industrial setup or plant environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
