Job Title: Technical Lead - Windchill Implementation

Job Description:

  1. Lead the implementation team and analyze technical requirements for development and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team towards delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  2. Design, develop, and review code based on industry best practices and guidelines.

  3. Customize and configure Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, SUMA, and SIM to meet business needs.

  4. Manage both client-side and server-side configurations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

  5. Handle business and system administration tasks within the Windchill environment to maintain data integrity and security.

  6. Develop tools including macros, plugins, migration utilities, and performance optimizations to improve efficiency and productivity.

  7. Perform code reviews and maintain code using version control tools like SVN to ensure consistency and quality.

  8. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and tool maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

  9. Adhere to IT best practices in development, version control, incident, and change management to ensure compliance and excellence.

  10. Create and maintain technical and testing documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and understanding.

  11. Integrate and configure Windchill with ThingWorx to enable seamless data exchange and integration.

  12. Must have experience in ThingWorx Navigate customization and app development to leverage its capabilities fully.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
