As a Backend Developer, you'll be part of our core team building scalable APIs and microservices that empower this experience. This presents an opportunity to tackle real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from its inception.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing systems.
  • Design and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Collaborate with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data securely.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Ensure security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Partner with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python programming languages.
  • Ability to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.
  • Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.
