Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Video Lead to oversee the development and execution of high-impact video advertisements and performance-driven video content across platforms. This role is responsible for leading a team, managing end-to-end video production, and collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards to engage target audiences.
  • Manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement to ensure timely delivery.
  • Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively and within budget.
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects to deliver high-quality output.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
