Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce solutions and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test scripts using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool
- Create and maintain test artifacts, including test strategies, test cases, and traceability matrices
- Analyze business requirements and design test plans and scripts for new components, customer-facing solutions, and integrations
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing
- Showcase functional, regression, and integration testing skills to protect the system from functionality issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience in agile scrum development methodology
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
